Sebel Suite: This suite has a separate living room and bedroom, spacious and elegantly appointed. Some suites have an open fireplace. All Sebel Suites have a spa bath. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed. Manor Suite: Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 1 Double Sofa Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 children. This room is no longer available through TravelOnline from 01 April 2012.

Infuzion Restaurant and Bar: Specialising in contemporary, Australian cuisine. Guests can choose from an extensive a la carte menu and wine list with feature a number of Hunter Valley wines. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
