Accommodation

With over 200 luxury 5 star villas at Cypress Lakes, guests have a wide choice. The majority of accommodation is 2 Bedroom Villas but one, two, three and four bedroom (one of these only on request basis) are also available. Guests have a choice of King or twin bedded rooms. Two and three bedroom villas have two full bathrooms. Each villa has a spacious lounge/dining area. Balconies provide sweeping views of the golf course and the surrounding valley.

Deluxe Villas have been refurbished and include LCD TV in all rooms and DVD/CD players in lounge rooms.

Dining

Pipette: Cypress Lakes Resort signature restaurant, diners have the choice of dining indoors or on the terrace. Pipette is an elegant restaurant and offers fabulous views across the valley. The menu features modern Australian cuisine with regional specialties and of course, accompanied by the Hunter Valleys premium wines. Open for lunch 7 days from 12.00pm to 3.00pm. Open for dinner 7 days from 6.30pm to 10.00pm.

Mulligans Brasserie: Offers informal dining, either indoor or alfresco on the terrace with views across the pool and the golf course. Mulligan's is ideal for breakfast or lunch or a just a great spot to enjoy a snack. Open for breakfast, Full Country Style Breakfast, from Monday to Friday 6.30am-10.00am, Saturday and Sunday 6.30am-11.00am. Also open for dinner on Fridays for the Wine Country BBQ and Saturday Night for the Carvery Buffet from 6.00pm to 9.30pm.

Lobby Bar: Located in the Resort centre, the lobby bar offers warm relaxing environment. Open Fridays 6.00pm to 12.00am, and Saturday 5.30pm to 12.00am.

Icons Bar: This stylish bar is the perfect meeting place for a casual drink. Views lead directly out over the golf course. Offers a range of snacks also. Icons Bar is open from 10.00am until late.

Lagoon Bar: need poolside refreshments or a light snack, the Lagoon Bar is open Saturdays from 10.00am to 4.00pm and Sundays from 10.00am to 3.00pm. Weather permitting.

Golf Course : Cypress Lakes accommodation overlooks the 18 hole championship golf course and offers cart and club hire and reduced green fees for resort guests. There is a driving range and a putting green. Tuition is available from a resident professional.

Swimming Pool: A 25 metre heated outdoor swimming pool, a children's splash pool, saunas and spa.

Childrens Club: Cypress Lakes also keeps families in mind with its Critters Club, which generally operates in school holiday periods, provides child minding and activities.
