The King and King Deluxe Rooms have access to a communal guest lounge space and the Garden Suite offers added space with a separate living area. The onsite facilities include a sophisticated restaurant, private dining room with a wine wall, outdoor swimming pool, heated spa, tennis court and a firepit to keep you warm on cooler nights.

Piccola King: Located on the ground and first floor with access to a communal guest lounge space on each level. Bedding is 1 King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults. (Some of the Piccola King rooms share an entrance with the King Deluxe room types which allows a 2-bedroom dual key accommodation experience, available by special request only).
King Room: Located on the ground and first floors, these rooms also have access to a communal guest lounge space on each level. Bedding is 1 King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults.
King Deluxe: Located on the ground and first floors, these rooms also have access to a communal guest lounge space on each level. Bedding is 1 King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults + 1 Child.
Garden Suite: These suites offer a separate living area with views onto the front lawn area. Bedding is 1 King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults + 1 Child.
Hunter Suite: Located on the first floor featuring a separate living room and soaking bath in the bathroom. Bedding is 1 King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults + 1 Child.
The Cottage: This stand-alone one story home is fully self-contained with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room with open fire, private courtyard and verandahs. Bedding is 4 King Beds. Maximum room capacity is 8 Adults & Children. *Price on application.

We stayed in a King Room. The finishings and decor were beautiful in our room and throughout the guesthouse and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. But our King Room was tiny. And the bathroom was incredibly small. I have stayed previously in a Hunter Suite - that was stunning and much more spacious. Unfortunately we didn't have that option this time as every other room type was booked out. Breakfast on the verandah was excellent but dinner at Eremo was disappointing. This was the second time I have dined at Eremo and both times they charged high prices for average quality and fairly uninspiring food. Go to Botanica at Spicers Vineyard Retreat for great food in a beautiful vineyard setting.
Recently purchased a two night stay through Travel Online at a great price, beautiful location and facilities. Staff are always friendly and obliging. Love relaxing and indulging at spicer's property's.
We had a great time in the Hunter with Spicers Guesthouse.
We are a young couple so unfortunately there isn't too much to do after 5pm in terms of night life in the Hunter. Therefore, it would've been good to have access to Netflix so we could use our account on the smart TV's provided. However this action was blocked.
Everything else was stunning.

Beautiful venue and location so picturesque. Relaxing atmosphere, amazing food and excellent service off all the staff - very attentive without being imposing. Beautiful room . Amazing comfortable bed and lovely finishing touches. Would highly recommend .
Room we stayed in had a great attention to detail, however a bit on the small side. Was disappointed as we wanted to watch a movie but their chrome cast was down. They never communicated their extra services like pick up and drop off locally, they also didn't explain other amenities and where they are and how they operate. We did like the property as it had a fire Pitt, tennis court and very nice restaurant. They had nice heating on the patio. Nice lounges that we're comfortable and relaxing. I think the communication on arrival could have been better. They were busy but they could have told us to come back to reception so they could explain things. Even asking us if we've stayed there before could have helped them.
Had a wonderful time at the Spicers Guesthouse. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone.
Quiet, intimate, cosy, excellent service. Everything was beautifully presented and we felt very relaxed. Staff were always smiling and helpful.
